Full payment secures your place on any workshop or event. This is to encourage you to be committed to your decision as well as reduce the potential number of cancellations and missed opportunities for someone else to attend a workshops as well as minimise extra administration. This is especially important in the case of courses where the number of participants is specific or limited as an unused place may shift the balance of the whole workshop.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that you may have very genuine and challenging reasons for not being able to attend, however, we choose not to be in the position of making judgements as to who is deserving of a refund or not. To stay in integrity we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All retained payments are used to fund bursary places for those who are in financial need or to cover any losses incurred by us.

PAYMENT SCHEDULES
If you cancel up to 4 weeks from the start date of a workshop you can transfer 50% of the fees paid to the same workshop at a future date within a 14 month period. You can only transfer the money once. There will be no refunds or further transfer of credits or if there is a difference in the course price. If the course you are transferring to costs more, you pay the difference.

A CANCELLED WORKSHOP
In the unusual event of a workshop having to be cancelled or postponed we will contact you to let you know. In this case you will be given a full refund. Please be aware that we do not give any refunds on travel costs incurred. We strongly advise that you purchase tickets that are refundable or changeable, or obtain travel insurance.

This policy has been established to help us continue to create our program of events and keep the costs to you as accessible as possible as well as to enable as many people as possible to have access to the program, to strengthen the commitment between participant and facilitators and to maintain fairness between all.
