We are delighted and honoured to welcome Sivani Mata Francis to the beautiful Forest temple here at EarthHeart for a co created candlelit evening of Ecstatic devotional singing, dance & Ceremony with indigenous songlines.

Passing through the veil
We will open with a ceremony of gratitude and prayers led by Jewels Wingfield, followed by a selection of deep and moving songs with Asha McCarthy, then an immersion into music as medicine : heart songs, kirtan and prayers for the earth with Sivani Mata.
Sivani Mata is a potent vessel for weaving her prayer-songs. These songs are a conversation with that inner place in each one of us that is ever unified with everything in creation; it is a practice of communion with all that is.
There will be much encouragement to add your voice and embodiment, and in doing so contribute your unique sound to the collective harmony we create together.
You are invited to express the truth of yourself through these songs of freedom, love and the Earth, kindling the process of transformation which can move through us into ecstatic or cathartic dancing, sweet tears, deep peaceful stillness, the warmth of inner joy, or other expressions.
Dancing with be encouraged and natural expressions of the heart in whatever way that flows from each of us.

About Asha McCarthy
Asha is a multi-faceted cellist-singer producer. Many of Asha’s song are written with the intention to bring hope and solidarity to those who are struggling through the hardest moments of life. She has performed North Indian classical, Western classical, and folk internationally.Her music has been featured on ITV, Times Of India, and BBC 6 Music. Asha’s music draws from diverse musical heritages she is grateful to have received

About Sivani Mata Francis
Sivani Mata Francis is an artist moved by a sensory and elemental exploration of life through practice that evokes the liminal experience of trance-like states of consciousness, and the centring of the awareness in heart. She believes in this process of deep inner work as a way to cultivate a harmonic relationship with the Earth. She is grateful for this journey she finds herself on and the practices that support her path.

PLEASE NOTE: This event ends earlier than usual; new years eve events. This is so that those who wish to not have a late night can still enjoy something and get home in time for a good night sleep and for those who wish to party later into the the night still have time to travel and head off.
