or for women who support them. A one-day gathering for women who work in spiritual leadership/space holding. It offers depth, and truth — for women who works in the healing arts, creativity and use their gifts in their work, who carry others, and who are ready to be fully who they are !
My own Journey
HOW IT ALL UNFOLDED
I have been on my own journey of self discovery in relation to my own AuDHD which I have had since birth. It has been passed down my mother and my Father line and my daughter is also AuDHD. I have spent a lifetime living outside of conventional society in part due to being a deeply spiritual, animistic nature based soul that has always preferred living close to the land and to the Mystery and being embedded within the natural world.
But also because I could not fit myself inside the rules laid down by society. I have struggled endlessly for decades in countless ways and it is only in the past 7 years that I have come to understand why some of how I am in due to what conventional mainstream society would call AuDHD. I fiercely rejected being labeled and boxed and pushed them away for many years. However in my journey of enquiry I came to see that for a time these labels have been useful not least as they helped with research as one can search terms online to find out more.
I do not believe however that being Autistic or AuDHD is a pathology to be fixed. I believe in essence it is our modern world and the culture we live within that is the problem. That many of my ways of being are a deep connected way of living with spirit at the centre of my life and in our modern world this is not understood or welcomed. In indigenous ancestral cultures people who are what we now refer to as Autistic or AuDHD where often the shamans or healers in the village, the seers and the edge walkers. There are of course challenges to be navigated in relation to social human relating and in extreme situations self care at a basic physical level. What I am exploring (and offering here in my work) is for women like myself who are what is termed as ‘Highly functioning autistic or AuDHD’
THE CLINICAL LENS
There is much on offer for autism and AuDHD in the mainstream through a clinical lens – one that see’s us as broken and needing to be fixed and changed so that we can better ‘fit in’ and follow the rules of conventional society and we have to squash many aspects of ourself down in order to succeed with that.
I for one have no desire to do this and my work is offered to women who also wish to deepen their relationship to themselves as being autistic AuDHD through the lens of their spiritual being and how to bring though their full gifts to the world and feel authentic and resourced in that.
I believe with a passion from over 30 years of work with women and women in leadership that when women come together basically anything is possible. My intention in birthing this body of work is to slowly build a network of kindred spirits and to change the narrative, change culture and arrive at a place where we are honoured and needed in our world for the work we do and how we do it.
In the past year or more as I have been more vocal on social media about my own journey and with hundreds of requests from women who know my work – to put my 30 years of experience as a space holder and spiritual guide into helping and supporting others who are autistic / AuDHD. Finally I feel the call is too strong to not open up the pathway. I am an animist, a seer, a healer a truth teller, a heart that can hear and can champion women. This is not a medical, clinical or educational day for learning about symptoms or theories through a clinical lens. If you would like to learn more about that then I recommend deepening that enquiry in all the way you can, through online research and by connecting with other women who are further along the path of understanding to you.
It feels important to be clear about who I can best serve at this time and how as I cannot help everyone who is neurodiverse. I feel I can best serve women who are walking a resonant path to me. So this offering is for highly functioning Autistic / AuDHD women who are in a full time leadership role, who’s work is walking between worlds, working with their gift of connection to spirit, or want to and to alternatives ways of seeing life, to the deep.…..
It is designed specifically for high functioning Autistic and Audhd women (either diagnosed or self identified but that you know yourself enough to know), working in leadership who already have some clarity in understanding ‘their’ Autism / AuDHD and are ready to explore a deeper enquiry of how to fully live in this world and bring your gifts.
I am inviting women who are open to exploring or who already believe that this is not a diagnosis to be ‘fixed’ but a way in which spirit works through you. It’s important to clarify that this offering is not for women who only have ADHD alone or who are primarily AuDHD with a bit of autism. Self diagnosis or medical is fine but having explored it enough within yourself to know..
What the day offers
- A space to unmask and be your fabulous authentic full woman self for a day in a circle of kindred spirits.
- Sharing experiences in service to more self awareness and understanding
- Giving and receiving empathy in service to deeper authentic self acceptance and self love.
- Grief ceremony for all loss experienced from a lifetime of living as a highly functioning autistic / AuDHD woman.
- Exploring and deepening the essence of our gifts through the lens of spirituality and sacred gifts
- Cauldron of shared ideas and practices in service to deepening our sacred gifts

10 – 7pm
Arrival is from 9.15am and at the latest by 9.55am. The doors will close at 9.55am sharp and there will be strictly no entry after this point for ANY reason and no refunds.

Accommodation
For those travelling from further away there are options for staying over.
- if you have a campervan you can book a space to stay on site for both the Friday and or Saturday night. There are showers and toilets available but you will need to be able to self cater and there is no hook up facilities.
- You can also book to sleep dormitory style in the main workshop space for the Saturday night (sorry not for the Friday) and there are bathroom and toilet facilities available. There is no kitchen facilities so you will to be able to take care of yourself with this.
- If neither of these work for you there are various local places to stay via the Air B&B website if you put the postcode GL14 3JQ into the search bar.
Please note: Once you have booked your place you will receive a questionnaire. Please be aware that your place is not secured until we have received this. if the workshop fills before we receive it back from you, we will cancel your place and refund your fees. We strongly advise filling it in the day you book or within 48 hours. Places are limited and we expect a waiting list due to high demand for places.
