We have over 30 years combined experience working with couples. I am here to help. This goes much deeper than Therapy. It is a radical approach to transforming even the most stuck and seemingly hopeless places you find yourselves.

I specialise in working with couple’s who are in crisis and have over 3 decades of experience in this. It is for couples who really want to make the relationship work. Couples who are willing and open to working deeply with us and exploring if and how it can be mended.

On this weekend workshop you will
~ create an energetic container in which to prepare for or deepen your menopause experience so that it truly takes you further into yourself as woman and you can live the life YOU want to live.
~ receive support as you claim your power so that you are in service to yourself and to the world
~ take part in ceremony to deepen into this rite of passage so that you can connect to spiritual dimension of this threshold
~ receive practical tools and tips to support you to manage your wellbeing so that you can fully embody the power moving through you at this time
~ be part of a circle of women so that you can lean into the love, support and strength of your sisters
